1. Once your order is packaged, our system will automatically send tracking information to the email on file.

2. The status, “label created”, may show for roughly a week, which is common. At this stage your order is in the processing stage.

3. From the day that a tracking number is assigned to your order, most orders will arrive to your home within 10-20 days.
